Check in from 1pm – 6pm.  Check out by 11am

 

Booking:

• All payments are non-refundable unless at least 4 weeks cancellation notice is given, when a full refund, less 15% will be issued 

• All bookings are provisional until full payment is received 

• Booking changes are liable to a £35 admin fee

• Alby Wild Camping has the right to refuse a booking

 

Campsite Guidelines:

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests it would be great if everyone could follow these guidelines.

• All children are to be supervised and remain the responsibility of their parents/carers at all times 

• Please be aware there is a swimming pool and pond within the grounds, which are both fenced off and strictly out of bounds

• We will not be responsible for any injury, accident or mishap to any person on the site, including injuries as a result of using any facility, structure or trees

• All personal belongings including tents/vehicles and contents are left at your own risk. We will not be reliable for any loss, theft or damage of any personal property

• Please respect other campers’ pitches and property by not walking over their pitches

• Please behave in a polite and considerate manner towards others

• We reserve the right to decline or terminate the booking of any guest whose behaviour may interfere with the general comfort of other guests. No refunds will be issued 

• Please keep any facilities used e.g. showers/toilet/kitchen area clean and tidy and leave as you wish to find it 

• Any intentional damage to Alby Wild Camping’s property/facilities will be charged for

• Please report any breakages or issues with facilities to us as soon as possible

• No music after 10:30pm

• Please dispose of all litter in the bins provided

• Please ensure you clean up after your dog and use the bins provided

• Dogs should be kept on a lead at all times

• Please respect the boundaries and don’t stray into private property 

• No Wi-Fi available

• The speed limit is 5mph and we ask this limit to be observed at all times
